I have lived in the Bourbonnais and Kankakee for over 30 years supplying and servicing customers in the building and construction industry. This includes contractors, homeowners, local independent and national building material yards. From sales, service, warranty, claims and personel, I have handled just about every phase of every part of a home. 

      I am licensed by the State of Illinois and complete 12 hours of continuing education as well as a re-certification test through the Illinois DFPR. This license can be viewed at www.idfpr.com. My license number is 450.004175.

      I am a member in good standing of INTERNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors and follow their standards of practice . Member number 07072701. I am also a member of IAC2, the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants. I am certified to complete mold and air quality inspections and I use EMSL for all lab tests.

      My goal is to be the inspector of choice for all homeowners and realtors in the Bourbonnais, Bradley and Kankakee area and provide them with the most complete, friendly and timely inspection in Kankakee, Iroquois and Will counties.
